The festival's venues sit within about 2 miles of each other in Boulder, with headquarters at the Hotel Boulderado. Earth Coast Studios is in Broomfield, about 25 minutes away via US-36 — close enough that crew, gear, and edit capacity stay local for the whole week, and a second camera or a replacement encoder is a drive, not a shipment.
We produce in Front Range venues year-round and keep a directory of Boulder event venues with outside-AV policies, capacities, and production notes. The festival venue guide covers the official venues and the hotels, restaurants, and galleries around them.
Distances are straight-line from Earth Coast Studios, rounded; drive times are typical off-peak estimates.

Why a Colorado-based partner
Earth Coast Productions has produced livestreams, conference AV, and multi-day event content across the Front Range since 2011 — including Xcel Energy's Quarterly Town Halls and Leadership Summits and the Dentist Entrepreneur Organization's national events, programs at the same scale as festival-week programming.
We bring our own cameras, switching, streaming, audio, and lighting and own the entire signal chain. No freight, no travel days, no per diem — and a broadcast-quality studio in Broomfield for the sessions that don't need to happen in a Boulder suite.
Producers, camera operators, audio technicians, editors, and a production coordinator who live here. We know the Boulder docks, house rules, and the IT departments because we have worked in most of these rooms, and we keep a public venue directory to prove it.
Our client list runs to nonprofits, B-Corps, foundations, public agencies, and founder-led companies — work that rewards care over spectacle. That is a better cultural match for the independent-film world than a corporate staging house.
