This Privacy Policy applies to the internet media portal and related web properties of Earth Coast Productions ("media portal"). If you do not consent to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this media portal or Earth Coast services.

By using this media portal or participating on Earth Coast's Platform and services offered, you consent to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and you grant consent to process and use personal data within the scope and for the purpose specified below. 1. Scope and purpose of collection, processing and use of personal data

1.1 Collection and processing of data when participating or registering as a viewer/attendee

When you register with the media portal and/or download and use Earth Coast's Platform and associated services ("services"), you provide Earth Coast some personal data to create and set up a viewer/attendee account. The scope of information provided by a natural person (not self-employed) includes the following: email address, name, surname, home address, bank account number or PayPal. In the case of a natural person (self-employed) or a legal person, the following data is provided: company name, registered office, statutory body, VAT number, bank account number or PayPal.

The personal data required for viewing the media portal for information purposes is provided on a voluntary basis. For the purpose of participating in the Earth Coast Platform, using the media portal, and services associated with it, provision of valid and accurate data is crucial. Therefore, by registering, you confirm that the personal data provided is valid, complete, and accurate. In case of any changes to your personal data, you are required to make the necessary modifications in your viewer/attendee account settings or notify Earth Coast at hello@earthcoast.com without delay.

1.2 Collection and processing of registered viewer/attendees' data

During the use of the media portal and the services associated with it, we collect and process the data of registered viewer/attendees for technical, statistical, research, and development reasons; for the purpose of providing services; to guarantee security and safety of Earth Coast and our viewer/attendees; and for a better understanding of the viewer/attendees' needs. This enables us to improve our services, personalize them, and display the data properly to other viewer/attendees. We store the data of registered viewer/attendees for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose of its processing; after this period, the data is destroyed.

Additionally, to improve provided services, the media portal and the services may use different technology that enables Earth Coast to collect certain technical information, for example: your IP address, type of operating system on your computer, internet browser type, addresses of connected sites, other technical and statistical information, Platform and media portal usage information, and similar. The information collected is not personally identifiable and is limited to the minimum necessary to optimize effectiveness.

We may also use your email address for direct marketing purposes to inform you about Earth Coast's current promotions or for market research. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree to the use of your email address for marketing. You may revoke your consent to use your email address for marketing and promotion anytime by contacting us at hello@earthcoast.com or through your viewer/attendee account.

1.3 Collection and processing of phone numbers for SMS/Text Messaging

Earth Coast Productions respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

• Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates.
• Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending updates, and reminders related to our products or services.
• Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
• MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages.
• Frequency: Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL.

2. Data sharing and disclosure

When you use the media portal and the services associated with it as a registered viewer/attendee, you acknowledge that some of your personal data is shared and disclosed to others and may be transferred across international borders to server locations supporting the media portal and services.

We only share data with Earth Coast's employees, subcontractors, partners, agents, or representatives who perform tasks related to the media portal and services, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. This data sharing is done solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and developing the media portal and services, and not for any other use.

Apart from the above mentioned circumstances, Earth Coast may share personal data if we have a good-faith belief that access to or disclosure of such data is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law or legal requests, to enforce applicable Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Earth Coast, its partners, and our viewer/attendees.

3. Access to personal data, viewer/attendee account settings

During the use of the media portal and the associated services, you can access all your personal data at any time via your viewer/attendee account settings. You can check your personal data, correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information, and also view the scope of sharing and disclosure of your data.

You can also deactivate your viewer/attendee account by sending an email to hello@earthcoast.com with your request. Upon deletion of your account, Earth Coast will cease sending you notifications and emails.

4. Security

Earth Coast uses well-established technical and security measures to protect the viewer/attendee's personal data from being lost, destroyed, or accessed by an unauthorized third party. Access to personal data is limited exclusively to employees of Earth Coast, contract partners, subcontractors, and representatives who require access to this data for the purpose of media portal and service operation.

5. Cookies

To simplify and improve the viewer/attendee's experience during the use of the media portal and the associated services, we use a technology known as "cookies." Cookies are data files that are automatically saved by your web browser onto your hard drive whenever you access the media portal. We use this technology for identification and automatic sign-in of registered viewer/attendees.

We may revise, change, and modify this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted via the media portal, and you will be notified of such changes via email or your viewer/attendee account. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are published on the media portal.

7. Applicable Law

The administrator of the media portal, Earth Coast, is a company incorporated in the United States of America in the State of Colorado. All the personal data is collected, processed, and used in compliance with the law of the State of Colorado.
