Data deletion instructions

Earth Coast Productions uses a Meta app only to show posts from our own Instagram account, @earthcoast, on this website. The app reads our account's posts. It does not log anyone in, and it does not collect or store information about other Instagram or Facebook users.

How to request deletion

1. Email connect@earthcoast.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us the name, email address or social media handle the request is about, so we can find what we hold.
3. We will confirm by email when the information has been deleted.

This covers anything we hold about you: website inquiries, event registrations, newsletter subscriptions, and any appearance of your content in the Instagram posts we show on this site. If one of our Instagram posts features you and you would like it removed from the website, include a link to the post in your email.

For everything we collect and why, see our privacy policy. Phone: (720) 515-7215.
