Event video questions
How much does an event videographer cost?
Our projects start from $3,000. A single-day conference with session recordings and a highlight film costs less than a multi-day event with a livestream; full event productions with AV typically run $15,000 to $45,000. Every quote is a written, itemized plan.
How many cameras do we need for a conference?
For keynotes and panels, two or three cameras give the edit a wide shot, a close-up and a reaction angle. A single roaming videographer works for receptions, booths and interviews. We size the crew to your agenda.
When will we get the highlight video?
Finished highlight films usually arrive two to four weeks after the event. Short social cuts can come sooner, so you can post while people are still talking about it.
Can you record clean audio from the stage?
Yes. We take audio from the venue's sound system or bring our own microphones and mixer, so session recordings sound like the room, not the back row.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. We are based in the Denver metro, with no travel costs on the Colorado Front Range, and we have filmed events in Arizona, California, Montana and Nebraska.
Can you also livestream the event?
Yes. The same crew can switch and stream sessions to a remote audience while recording them, or we can run full AV and hybrid production for the event.
What do you need from us before the event?
The agenda or run of show, a venue contact, the sessions you want recorded in full, and any speakers or sponsors who need extra attention. Before the event we confirm the shot list and crew call times with you.
