Hiring a videographer: common questions
How much does a videographer cost in Denver?
Our projects start from $3,000, and typical full events run $15,000 to $45,000, depending on crew size, cameras, hours on site and what gets edited afterward. Every quote is written and itemized, so you can see what's included and what's optional.
Can I book one videographer, or do I have to hire a whole crew?
Either. We size the crew to the job: one experienced videographer with audio for an interview or a short event, a two- or three-camera crew for conferences and keynotes, or a full broadcast team with a director for livestreams and multi-day events.
Do you bring your own audio and lighting?
Yes. We bring cameras, microphones and lighting for the shoot, and for events we can supply full AV (sound, screens, lighting and switching) or plug into the venue's system.
How soon will I get the finished video?
Finished deliverables usually take two to four weeks after the shoot, depending on how many pieces are in the package. Highlight reels and short social cuts can come sooner, and rush delivery is possible if you tell us early.
How far in advance should I book a videographer?
Two to four weeks is usually enough for a single shoot or interview day. For a full event production, six to twelve weeks gives us time to scout the venue and plan with your other vendors. Tighter timelines are often possible, so ask.
Are you insured, and can you send a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry general liability and equipment coverage, and we send a certificate of insurance naming your venue or organization whenever one is required.
Who owns the video?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the finished deliverables are yours to use anywhere: your website, ads, social, training and future campaigns.
Do you only work in Denver?
Our studio and headquarters are in Broomfield, in the north Denver metro, and we have worked across Denver, Boulder and the Front Range for 15 years. We also travel for productions nationwide.
Studio sessions happen at Earth Coast Studios, 7000 W 117th Ave, Unit A, Broomfield, CO.
