Livestream production
Livestream production for events, town halls and conferences
Earth Coast Productions is a livestream production company in the Denver metro. We run multi-camera live broadcasts for town halls, conferences, hybrid events and launches, streamed to your platform, ours, or both, with every session recorded. Livestreaming has been a core specialty since 2011, and with Starlink, 5G and LiveU we can go live from almost anywhere.

What we stream
-
Town halls and all-hands
Leadership updates with remote presenters, live Q&A and an audience in the room and online at once. We produce Xcel Energy's quarterly town halls.

Conferences and summits
Keynotes and panels streamed to remote attendees, with every session recorded for on-demand viewing afterward.

Livestream questions
How much does livestream production cost?
A professionally produced town hall or event livestream ranges from a few thousand dollars for a single-camera stream to five figures for a multi-camera hybrid production with graphics, rehearsals and redundancy. Our projects start from $3,000, and you get a fixed-scope written proposal within days of a planning call.
Which platforms can you stream to?
Your platform, ours, or both. We stream to the destination your audience already uses, and we can host a private stream page when you need one.
What happens if the venue internet fails?
We plan for it. We test the venue connection before the day and can carry backup paths over 5G cellular, Starlink satellite or LiveU bonded transmission, so one failed connection doesn't end the stream.
Can remote speakers join the livestream?
Yes. Remote presenters join on screen next to the people in the room, and remote viewers can ask questions live. We have produced hybrid town halls with remote presenters, live Q&A and audiences in the room and online at the same time.
Do we get a recording of the livestream?
Yes. We record every session clean while it streams, so you can post it on demand or cut it into highlights and social clips afterward.
Can you stream from outdoors or remote locations?
Yes. With Starlink, 5G and LiveU bonded transmission we can go live from almost anywhere, including sites with no wired internet at all.
Where are you based?
Our studio and headquarters are in Broomfield, in the Denver metro. We stream events across Colorado with no travel costs on the Front Range, and we produce for clients nationwide.
