For event organizers

Event sponsorship packages sponsors want to renew

The strongest event sponsorship packages sell more than a logo. They give sponsors something in the room, on the stream, online before and after the show, and a report at the end, so each tier is easy to see and easy to renew. Below is what you can put in a package when your production partner also runs the stream and an online expo hall.

In the room

  • Sponsor loops on the stage screens between sessions
  • Branded lower thirds and title slides for a sponsored session
  • Logo gobos, uplighting in the sponsor's colors, branded set pieces
  • A named stage, lounge or speaker ready room
Event AV

On the stream

  • A sponsor slot before the keynote or between sessions on the livestream
  • A sponsored session, with the sponsor named on screen and in the replay
  • Sponsor logos across the online venue, each one linking to that sponsor's booth
Livestream production

Online, before and after the show

  • An expo booth sized by tier, from a spotlight pavilion to a table-top booth
  • Show offers with codes, a take-home library and a featured video
  • A staffed booth broadcast and a video room during booth hours
  • A stop on the booth passport, which sends attendees to every booth
Virtual expo hall

Introductions and meetings

  • Matches attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, buyers, speakers and press by what each needs and offers
  • A written introduction for every match, then one-on-one meetings booked with calendar invites and reminders
  • Consent first: people opt in through their own answers, and sponsors buy matching, never attendee data
  • Feedback from both sides and a return report for sponsors
ECP Live event platform

After the show

  • Session recordings and highlight clips with the sponsor's moment in them
  • A leads export per sponsor, from attendees who opted in
  • An expo report: booth visits, downloads and offers claimed
  • The booth stays open next to the replays

How we deliver it

We produce events end to end: content production, streaming, and full AV in the room, working with the venue's team where needed, plus online expo halls and sponsor booths that stay open before and after the show. Sponsors get more to buy, and you get a stronger renewal pitch.

ECP Wave, our introductions product, is new in 2026: ask us for a 10-minute live demo.

Sponsorship package questions

What should an event sponsorship package include?

A good package names exactly what the sponsor gets in four places: in the room (stage, screens, signage), on the stream, online (an expo booth with offers and downloads), and after the show (recordings, leads and a report). Tie each tier to visible differences, such as booth size, speaking time or a named session, so sponsors can see what moving up a tier buys them.

How do you price a sponsorship package?

Start from what each tier delivers and what it costs you to deliver, then compare with what similar events in your field charge. Tiers that differ in ways sponsors can see, such as booth size, speaking time, a named session, matched meetings, leads and a report, are easier to price and easier to justify at renewal.

How do online booths help with sponsor renewals?

They produce numbers a logo on a banner cannot: booth visits, downloads, offers claimed and leads from attendees who opted in. Those numbers are the core of a renewal conversation. Export leads soon after the show: ours are deleted 90 days after they are submitted.

Do online booths only make sense for virtual events?

No. Beside an in-person or hybrid event, the online booth reaches remote attendees and gives in-room attendees a place to come back to after the show. The hall opens before the event and stays up after it.

Can sponsors buy introductions to attendees?

With ECP Wave, sponsors buy matching, never attendee data. Attendees opt in through their own answers, each match comes with a written introduction, and meetings are booked with calendar invites. Sponsors get a return report afterward.

What is a sponsorship prospectus?

A sponsorship prospectus is the document an organizer sends prospective sponsors: the audience, the tiers, what each tier includes and the deadlines. Listing the room, stream, online and after-show items above for each tier makes the prospectus easier to compare and to sell.

Can you run the sponsor deliverables for us?

Yes. We produce the event itself, with content production, streaming and full AV in the room, and we set up the online expo hall, booths and sponsor team logins on ECP Live. Your team keeps the sponsor relationships; we deliver what the package promises.
