A hybrid event platform is the online side of an in-person event: one place where remote attendees watch every session live, ask questions, visit sponsor booths and catch up on replays. ECP Live is Earth Coast Productions' platform, known for one thing software-only platforms don't offer: the crew that produces your event in the room runs it too, from the cameras and AV to the stream.
We produce events end to end: content production, streaming, and full AV in the room, working with the venue's team where needed, plus online expo halls and sponsor booths that stay open before and after the show. Sponsors get more to buy, and you get a stronger renewal pitch.

Event platform questions
What is a hybrid event platform?
A hybrid event platform is the online side of an in-person event: one place where remote attendees watch the sessions live, ask questions, meet sponsors and catch up on replays. ECP Live is ours, and the same team that runs your cameras and AV in the room runs the platform, so the stream and the venue never get out of step.
What equipment is needed for a hybrid event?
Cameras on the stage and the audience, a production switcher, clean audio from every microphone into the stream, a reliable internet connection with a backup path, and a place for remote attendees to watch and take part. We bring all of it with the crew to run it, and backup paths over 5G, Starlink or LiveU when the venue connection is weak.
Do attendees need to download an app or create an account?
No. Each attendee gets a personal magic link that opens the venue in a browser. There are no passwords to forget, and you can revoke anyone's access in one click.
Do we have to use ECP Live for our stream?
No. We stream to the platform your audience already uses, to ECP Live, or to both at once. When you use ECP Live, we set up your venue, rooms, sponsors and schedule, stream your sessions into it and provide live tech support on the day.
Does the online venue stay open after the event?
Yes. Replays are posted after each session, and the expo hall and sponsor booths have no closing time of their own. A public event stays open; on a private event, attendees keep access for as long as their personal link is valid, which runs at least a week past the last day.
What reports do we get?
Who came and what they watched, plus an expo report with booth visits, resource downloads and offer claims, and a leads export for each sponsor. Leads are deleted 90 days after they are submitted, so sponsors should download theirs after the show.
Has ECP Live been used at a real conference?
Yes. ICON 2026 ran 83 sessions over four days on ECP Live, with speaker files handled in ECP Lectern.
