How a corporate video comes together
-
1. Plan
A planning call, then a written plan and quote: goals, audience, story, locations, schedule and deliverables.
-
2. Prepare
Interview questions or a script, a shot list, location scouting and a call sheet, so the shoot day runs on time.
-
3. Film
One videographer or a full crew with cameras, audio and lighting, on site, in our Broomfield studio, or both.
-
4. Edit
Finished video in two to four weeks, with review rounds built in. Short social cuts can come sooner.
-
5. Deliver
A high-resolution master plus web and social versions, sent by secure link or straight to your DAM, YouTube or Vimeo.

Corporate video questions
How much does corporate video production cost?
Our projects start from $3,000. Cost depends on the number of shoot days, crew size, locations and how many finished videos you need, and every quote comes as an itemized written plan so you can see what's included and what's optional.
How long does a corporate video take?
Plan on two to four weeks of lead time before a shoot, then two to four weeks of editing and review after it. Short social cuts can come sooner, and tighter timelines are often possible if you tell us early.
Do you write the script and plan the story, or just film?
Both. Our producers, directors and editors can build the story from scratch, write interview questions or a script, and plan the shoot. If your team already has a script or a creative agency, we can execute their plan instead.
Can you film at our office, plant or job site?
Yes. Most corporate shoots happen where the work does: offices, plants, rail yards, campuses and job sites. We plan around your safety rules and schedule, and we can add aerials flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots.
Who owns the finished videos?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the finished videos are yours to use anywhere: your website, recruiting, training, sales and social.
Do you only work in Denver?
We are based in Broomfield in the Denver metro and have produced across Colorado for 15 years, with no travel costs on the Front Range. We also produce for clients nationwide.
Can you be our ongoing video team?
Yes. Colorado organizations can retain us as a standing production team: a producer, crew and editors on call, usually for less than one full-time in-house producer.
Planning a corporate video?
Tell us who it's for and what it needs to do. Personal reply within 1 business day; written plan and quote within 2 to 3 business days of a planning call.
