ECP Live · Expo hall
A virtual expo hall that stays open before and after the show
A virtual expo hall is an online trade show floor: a booth for every sponsor that attendees can visit from anywhere. Ours sits next to your in-person or hybrid event and gives each sponsor their story, video, show offers and downloads, a live team when the booth is staffed, and one-tap leads from attendees who opt in. It opens with your event venue on ECP Live and stays up after the last session, so sponsors get more for their money and you have numbers to show at renewal.
What every booth and the hall include
- A branded hall with booths ranked by sponsorship tier, from a full-width spotlight pavilion to a table-top booth
- Each booth carries the sponsor's colors, story, featured video, show offers with codes, and a take-home library of files and links
- Staffed booths go live: a booth broadcast while the team is on, booth chat, and a video room to talk with the team
- One-tap, consented leads: Drop your card, I'm interested, and an Ask the team form
- A booth passport that rewards attendees for visiting booths, with a prize drawing at the goal
- A sponsor studio where each sponsor's own team builds its booth, with a readiness checklist
- An expo report for organizers and a leads export per sponsor
Before, during and after the event
- 1
Before the show
Sponsors' own teams build their booths in the sponsor studio. The hall opens with the event venue, so attendees can browse booths, download take-homes and claim offers while they plan their days.
- 2
During the show
Staffed booths go live with a booth broadcast, booth chat and a video room to talk with the team. The passport sends attendees from booth to booth, in the room and online.
- 3
After the show
The hall stays up next to the session replays, so sponsors keep collecting visits and leads after the last session. Organizers get the expo report; each sponsor gets its leads export.
An expo hall from the team running your show
We produce events end to end: content production, streaming, and full AV in the room, working with the venue's team where needed, plus online expo halls and sponsor booths that stay open before and after the show. Sponsors get more to buy, and you get a stronger renewal pitch.
The booths live in the same ECP Live venue as your livestreams and replays, and the crew that runs your AV in the room can run sponsor loops on the stage screens that point people to the hall. For ideas on what to put in each package, see event sponsorship packages.

Expo hall questions
What is a virtual expo hall?
A virtual expo hall is the online version of a trade show floor: a page of sponsor and exhibitor booths that attendees can browse, where each booth has the company's story, video, offers, downloads and a way to contact the team. Ours sits inside the ECP Live event venue, next to the livestreams and replays.
Is it only for virtual events?
No. Most of the value comes from running it beside an in-person or hybrid event. Remote attendees get a real way to meet sponsors, and in-room attendees can come back to a booth after the show to download what they saw.
How long do the booths stay open?
There is no closing time on the hall itself. On a public event the booths stay open; on a private event, attendees reach them for as long as their personal link is valid, which runs at least a week past the last day of the event.
How do sponsors get leads?
Attendees choose to share their details with one tap (Drop your card or I'm interested) or send a question through Ask the team, and each one sees the consent sentence first. Organizers can export leads per sponsor. Leads are deleted 90 days after they are submitted, so sponsors should download them after the show.
Who builds each booth?
The sponsor's own team, in a sponsor studio branded to your event. They add their logo, colors, story, video, people, offers and files, and a readiness checklist shows what is left. Your organizer team and ours set the floor plan: tiers, booth sizes and which booths get video rooms.
Can booths be priced by sponsorship tier?
Yes. Tiers set the size and finish of each booth in the hall, from a full-width spotlight pavilion down to a table-top booth, so the hall itself shows the difference between packages.
