Livestream production during the Sundance Film Festival in Boulder

Earth Coast Productions provides livestream and live broadcast production in Boulder, Colorado during the Sundance Film Festival (January 21–31, 2027). We are a Broomfield-based company that has produced multi-camera livestreams for Front Range organizations since 2011, and we bring our own switching, streaming, and audio chain to any Boulder venue, hotel ballroom, or pop-up space.

How it works

Livestream & Broadcast, festival week

A festival-week stream is usually a panel, a premiere-night conversation, a sponsor showcase, or a press event that needs to reach an audience far beyond the room. We handle the full signal chain: cameras, live switching, graphics and lower thirds, program audio, encoder redundancy, and delivery to your platform, ours, or several at once. Every stream is recorded in isolation so the session can become clean edits the same week.

Year-round, this is our Event production work; during January 21–31, 2027 it is scheduled around the festival's screenings, press days, and receptions in Boulder.

What's included

  • Multi-camera capture with a live director and switcher
  • Program audio, wireless mics, and a clean feed for the house PA
  • Branded overlays, lower thirds, and sponsor slates
  • Delivery to YouTube, LinkedIn, Vimeo, a private link, or a custom destination — simultaneously
  • Redundant encoding and backup connectivity where the venue's internet is unproven
  • ISO recordings plus a program master, ready for same-week edits

Who books this

  • Brands and sponsors streaming a panel or showcase from a Boulder activation
  • Publicists and distributors extending a premiere-night conversation online
  • Media outlets and podcast networks producing a live show from Boulder
  • Associations and corporate hosts running a festival-adjacent summit

Proof

Earth Coast Productions produces Xcel Energy's Quarterly Town Halls and Leadership Summits and has produced multi-year conference broadcasts for the Dentist Entrepreneur Organization.
