Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Participants must have previously used or are currently using Earth Coast Productions' services. 
2. Referral Submission: If you know an organization in need of event broadcasting, production services, or strategic media consulting, you can participate in our Referral Program by:
   • Direct Referral: Forwarding their contact information directly to our team via email.  
   • Indirect Referral: Advising them to mention your name when they contact Earth Coast Productions for services.
3. Referral Rewards: Choose how you want to be rewarded for referrals that turn into contracted projects:
   • Cash Reward: Earn a 3% referral fee of the contracted project's value, up to a maximum of $1,500 per referral.
   • Credit Reward: Earn 5% of the contracted project's value for credit towards future services with Earth Coast Productions. Credits are valid for two years from the issuance date and can be used towards any of our services. 
4. Conditions for Reward Fulfillment:
   • Rewards are issued only when a referred client successfully signs a contract & a deposit is paid with Earth Coast Productions.
   • The referral must be a new client to Earth Coast Productions.
   • Referral credits are non-transferable and must be used within the stipulated two-year period.
5. General Terms:
   • Participants in the Referral Program must agree to these terms and conditions.
   • Earth Coast Productions reserves the right to modify the terms of the Referral Program or terminate it at any time without prior notice.
   • Disputes under this program will be resolved by Earth Coast Productions at its sole discretion.

By participating in the Earth Coast Productions Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a transparent and rewarding experience for expanding our community through your valuable referrals.
