Sales Manager (Remote) – Earth Coast Productions
Location: Remote (Open to candidates in the U.S. & Canada)
Start Date: May 1, 2025
Compensation:
- Part-Time (90-Day Intro Period): Commences upon hire and includes base pay (pro-rated) + commission structure
- Full-Time Transition: After successful completion of the 90-day review, role transitions to full-time at $45,000/year + commission + bonuses for repeat contracts & retainer clients

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Sales Manager to join our expanding team. This role begins with a 90-day part-time introductory period, during which we’ll ensure our goals align and assess mutual success. After the initial 90 days, you can transition into a full-time position with a base salary of $45,000/year, plus commission and bonuses. While we’re headquartered in Boulder, CO, the position is fully remote, with a bonus if you’re in Colorado for occasional in-person collaboration.
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital part in building new client relationships, retaining existing ones, and driving revenue for Earth Coast Productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and convert leads, focusing on purpose-driven clients and organizations.
- Manage a sales pipeline in CRM (HubSpot), meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales metrics.
- Negotiate and close deals for event production, livestreaming, and related media services.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, guiding them through our offerings and solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, refine client needs, and ensure seamless handoffs to the production team.
- Administrative & Contract Support
- Collaborate with leadership to draft proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and manage communication via email and phone.
- Brand Presence & Social Media Engagement
- Work closely with marketing to promote Earth Coast on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Develop posts highlighting completed projects, client successes, and upcoming events.
- Track engagement metrics, propose improvements, and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaboration & Growth
- Partner with the production and creative teams to tailor offerings for client needs.
- Use feedback loops to refine strategies, propose new service lines, and optimize the sales process.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly reviews to set sales targets and evaluate performance.
Ideal Candidate
- Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in the media, event, or creative industries.
- Excellent Communication: Skilled in explaining complex offerings, negotiating with clients, and building long-term relationships.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of juggling multiple leads, proposals, and timelines.
- Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn, and Instagram. Basic knowledge of streaming or editing tools is a plus.
- Mission-Driven: Passionate about supporting purpose-driven organizations and committed to environmental consciousness.
- Team Player: Comfortable collaborating in a remote environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and offer creative solutions.
